Our Process

Step One

After you inquire, we reach out to set up an initial no-charge walk through and consultation. We then present a rough estimate bid as well as an estimated time frame that work will begin and conclude. 

Step Two

If you accept, if needed, we will schedule a second more detailed walk through including any subcontractors (plumbing, drywall). Often our design representative will be included in this walk through. We go over invoicing and submit any needed zoning applications or building permits. As your construction start date approaches we will contact you to go over arrival time and expectations etc. 

Step Three

Throughout the construction process we will check in with any fine detail questions and keep you up to date with progress. Upon construction completion, we ensure you are happy with the finished product and ask for feedback because we value what you have to say.

What is it like to work with us at Madison Brothers?

Here is a look into how we start the preliminary process that gets us to day one of your project. 

First, I come in and evaluate your existing home or space. After hearing your wants, needs and making recommendations, I build out a budget package for you. Next, I bring in Erica who heads up our design services. 

Erica hears your design pain points, helps you envision an end goal for the space and craft a solution to the problem. She then creates a 3D rendering to help you visualize your new space. Once that is perfect and a walkthrough has happened, Erica sends the project into the next phase. 

At this point, I apply Erica’s work to the project and get materials and organize needed trades to get to ‘day one’ of the on-site trade work.

This prep and design work really ensures that we have a great plan going forward, which allows for excellent communication and a seamless result.
