Our Remodel Project Process

After you inquire, we reach out to set up an initial no-charge walk through and consultation. We then present a rough estimate bid as well as an estimated time frame that work will begin and conclude. 

If you accept, if needed, we will schedule a second more detailed walk through including any subcontractors (plumbing, drywall). Often our design representative will be included in this walk through. We go over invoicing and submit any needed zoning applications or building permits. As your construction start date approaches we will contact you to go over arrival time and expectations etc. 

Throughout the construction process we will check in with any fine detail questions and keep you up to date with progress. Upon construction completion, we ensure you are happy with the finished product and ask for feedback because we value what you have to say.
